Will my renewal documents be sent electronically?
If you’ve chosen to receive your communication by email then we’ll send you a link to your online account where you can view your policy documents and find everything you need to manage your account.
My Account is accessible at all times, and if you haven’t registered yet it’s easy to do, just click the link and follow the instructions, if you need any help, you can start a chat with us by clicking on the speech bubble icon in the bottom right corner.
If you’ve chosen to receive communication by post, we’ll send you your renewal documents in the mail. You still have access to My Account where you can do things like view your documents, communicate with us, make changes to your policy and manage your account on the go. If you’d prefer to be digital only, you can change your preference in My Account at any time.
