If you’ve already received a renewal invitation and your policy is set to automatically renew, then you will need to let us know you don’t want to automatically renew your policy as soon as possible.
If your policy isn’t set to automatically renew and you don’t want to renew your policy then it will simply end on your renewal date. You don’t need to contact us to tell us you want your policy to end.
We will always write to you with plenty of time to review your options and if you’ve got your policy set to automatically renew, you can make changes before your renewal date or stop your policy from renewing.
I don’t want to be insured by through you anymore
If you don’t want to be insured through us anymore then you can allow your policy to not renew by ensuring it isn’t set to automatically renew, this will mean your policy will simply end on the last date you are covered for.
