What do I need to do if my payment details have changed?

If you pay for your policy annually and you need to change or update your payment details ahead of your renewal date, you can do this at any time in My Account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Select ‘Manage Policy’
  3. Select 'Your Account’ in the top right followed by ‘Your Settings’
  4. You will then be able to check and update the details on file under ‘Saved Card Details’

 If you pay for your policy by Direct Debit, you can update your bank details with PremFina directly, just visit their Customer Portal at <<premfina portal URL>>.
