The option to pay an outstanding balance in My Account is only available for balances due on your insurance policy itself, for things such as a balance owed after a cancellation or after a change has been made.
If you’ve missed an instalment on your direct debit, you’ll need to make payment with your finance provider directly.
Your finance provider will either be Close Brothers Premium Finance or PremFina, and you can check this by viewing your documents in My Account.
If your finance provider is PremFina, you can make a payment by clicking here to bring
your agreement up to date. Please check the SMS, email, or letter you received from
PremFina for your payment deadline to avoid cancellation.
Before making a payment online, the portal will let you know if PremFina are already
reattempting your Direct Debit to help you avoid paying twice.
