If you purchased a Van Insurance policy after 27th November 2024, or it is set to renew after 27th December 2024, you can renew your policy 24/7 in My Account.
You can renew online by doing the following:
1. Login to My Account
2. Select 'Renew policy' on the relevant policy
3. Take some time to read your documents, and check that nothing has changed
4. Tick the box in the ‘What happens next?’ section
5. Select ‘Confirm’ to complete your renewal if you are paying monthly, or ‘Renew Policy
Now’ if you are paying annually to go to the payment screen.
6. Enter New Card Details' to add a new card.
Once payment has made, you should then see a ‘Thank You’ confirmation message, and you will
have renewed with us for another year.
