If you purchased a Van Insurance policy after 27th November 2024, or it is set to renew after 27th December 2024, you can renew your policy 24/7 in My Account.
You can renew online by doing the following:
- Login to My Account
- Select 'Renew policy' on the relevant policy
- Take some time to read your documents, and check that nothing has changed
- Tick the box in the ‘What happens next?’ section
- Select ‘Confirm’ to complete your renewal if you are paying monthly, or ‘Renew Policy Now’ if you are paying annually to go to the payment screen.
- Select the card you wish to pay with, or select 'Enter New Card Details' to add a new card.
Once payment has made, you should then see a ‘Thank You’ confirmation message. You must renew before your renewal date, or your policy will end and you will be left without cover.
