If you would like to talk to someone about a pet, we have a friendly team of RCVS (Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons) vet nurses and vets available day or night, 365 days a year to help.
You can call our Vet Line on 0333 332 4473. It's free to use this service, and there is no need to book - you will just need to have the policy number to hand.
