Your Demands and Needs is a statement that sums up what you need your insurance to do for you. For example it may say something like:
"This policy meets the demands and needs of those who require accidental damage, fire and theft cover for their car."
You can check this to ensure it sums up your insurance need, without all the additional details we provide in your other documents.
Our Terms of Business will explain things like who we are, who our regulators are, who the insurers are that we work with as your insurance broker, the service we provide you with, your cancellation rights, how to make a complaint, information on fees we charge and information on premium credit agreements and more.
This is a document that is useful to read through and keep somewhere safe so you have it should you ever need it.
Your Statement of Fact contains the answers to all the questions we have asked you, or information we hold about you to provide you with your policy or renewal offer.
Your Statement of Fact will contain information like:
- Your personal details
- Your insurance history
- Your property information
- Your use of the property
- Your claims details/ history
We've used this information to provide you with your quote, so if anything is incorrect then it's important you update us straight away so we can ensure you're covered by the policy we offer you and it remains valid.
Incorrect information can lead to claims not being able to be processed and can invalidate your insurance.

This includes information on:
- Who your insurer is
- What is and what isn't covered in your policy

- What your obligations are
- Your cancellation rights
This is a great document to give you a clear overview of your cover. If you have chosen to add additional products in your policy, you may have more than one IPID.
You can find these with your Policy Documents on My Account at any time.
Your Schedule of Insurance is part of your Policy Documents and forms the contract between you and your insurer.
The Schedule contains information such as:
- Your details
