You can check your payment details ahead of your renewal date, you can do this at any time in My Account by following these steps:
- Log in to My Account
- Select ‘Manage Policy’
- Select 'Your Account’ in the top right followed by ‘Your Settings’
- You will then be able to view and check the details on file under ‘Saved Card Details’
Can I change the way that I pay for my insurance next year?
Yes! If you’d like to change the way you pay for your insurance, you can do this on My Account. It’s really easy to change the way you pay for your insurance and see the difference between paying annually and paying monthly by following these steps:
- Log in to My Account
- Select ‘Renew Policy’ on the relevant policy
- Use the ‘Your Basket’ section on the right hand side of the page to toggle between paying annually or monthly and see a breakdown of the costs involved.
Once you’ve followed these steps, you just need to select ‘Renew Policy Now’ and follow the next steps regarding your payment method to finish renewing with us.
Can I update my personal information before renewing my policy?
Yes – you can change your personal details in My Account or by contacting us.
What to do when I have an outstanding balance and my policy is due to renew?
If you have and outstanding balance with us, please contact us to organise the repayment of the outstanding amount. We can support you if you need to set up an affordable payment plan to pay off the balance or if you’d like support with your finances overall, we can give you information on organisations who can help you.
You can still renew your policy with us and remain covered
If you have an outstanding balance and you’ve opted in to auto-renew and nothing has changed on your renewal, we'll still renew your policy automatically for you. If you pay for your policy annually, make sure you check your card details are up to date on My Account.
If your policy isn’t set to automatically renew, you can check details of your renewal and renew your policy 24/7 online.
Simply log into My Account where you’ll find your renewal documents by selecting "Renew Policy" on the relevant policy. Please take some time to read your renewal documents, and check that everything is correct before accepting your renewal offer.
