If you have opted out of automatically renewing your policy and nothing has changed on your
renewal, you don't need to contact us to stop your renewal. Your policy will automatically lapse
on the renewal date.
If you’ve decided not to renew with us, you should make sure that you have an alternative policy
in place with another provider to start from your renewal date to ensure that you’re not left
without cover.
